From the moment we stepped into the grand lobby, we were captivated by the beautiful marble paintings and historical charm that seamlessly blend with modern elegance. Our room on the 9th floor provided us with breathtaking views of the Cathedral and the city skyline, making each morning a serene experience. the staff, including Bellman Matt and receptionist Michael, were attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction, making us feel truly special. the gym was a standout feature, perfect for fitness enthusiasts like myself who enjoy a good workout while traveling. the dining options at Villard Restaurant and Pomme Palais offered a delightful culinary experience, with a French Market-style cafe and a farm-to-table New American breakfast at Villard that left us craving for more. Overall, Lotte New York Palace exceeded all expectations with its impeccable service, stunning design, and convenient location that allowed us to easily explore the vibrant surroundings. Whether you're a tech-savvy traveler, a fitness enthusiast, or a foodie looking for a memorable dining experience, this hotel has something for everyone. My partner and I truly enjoyed our time here and cannot wait to return for another unforgettable stay.
